Wafu Lasagna

5 lb ground pork
1 cup tomato paste
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Unagi sauce
3 tbsp seasame oil
6 tbsp garlic
1 tsp chilli peppers
1/2 cup basil, fresh
3 cups mozzarella
2 cups parmesan
4 tbsp miso
4 cups ricotta cheese
1 tbsp msg
2 tbsp oregano, fresh
  1. Sautéed garlic and herbs then add ground pork and cook till well done.
  2. Add tomato paste,soy sauce, unagi,red wine vinegar, sugar.
  3. Mix ricotta, miso, and sesame oil with grated parm.add salt and pepper for taste.
  4. Time to layer the lasagna tomato sauce first then lasagna pasta,then mozzarella and a few spoons of miso ricotta continue till all six layers are finished then bake in a oven. After it’s cooked let it rest and cut out your portion. And serve.
