6 pounds 4 ounces Barilla Whole Grain Penne
7.5 pounds broccoli florets, cut into ½ “ pieces
3 pounds bacon pieces
12 ounces red onion, small dice
2 pounds raisins
2 pounds sunflower seeds
2 ½ quarts light mayo
2 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups white vinegar
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, chill to below 40ºF.
- Toss all ingredients together until well incorporated. Place in pasta shaker containers. Cover, label with date, time and initials.
- Chill salad shakers to below 40ºF.
