BLTA Gluten Free Pasta Salad Shakers

6 pounds 4 ounces Barilla Gluten Free Elbow Pasta
25 Ea avocado, diced
1 cup lemon juice
3 cups light mayonnaise
3 ¼ pounds cooked bacon, chopped
8 pounds 4ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
4 pounds shredded romaine lettuce
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, chill to below 40ºF.
  2. Gently toss avocados, lemon juice and mayonnaise together.
  3. Layer ingredients in the shaker container as follows: Pasta, bacon, cherry tomato halves, avocado mixture and shredded romaine lettuce.
  4. Cover, label with date, time and initials.
  5. Chill salad shakers to below 40ºF.
