Announcing the Barilla Pasta is your Blank Canvas recipe contest! The greatest recipes artfully blend mouthwatering flavor, structure, texture and backstory. This is your opportunity to submit your most creative recipe that uses one of the three new Innovations: Barilla Frozen, Bulk Legume or Lasagne Chef.
Here’s what you need to do
Register online by February 22nd for a chance to be one of only 50 chefs competing in the Pasta is your Blank Canvas Recipe Contest. Three (3) Grand Prize winners will receive a custom National Pasta Month marketing package and $2,500 for their operation!
Be one of the chosen participants
Once the submission period ends, we will select 50 chefs to participate in the contest and send exclusive sample kits of their chosen Barilla Innovation to utilize in their recipe creations.
Create your canvas
Those 50 chefs will then have until April 3rd to develop their delicious and original recipe concepts to be scored by a panel of Barilla Judges. Submissions must include a minimum of two photos, full recipe with preparation instructions, and a short description of the recipe innovation.

Top 3 Finalists with best scores will win $2,500 plus a custom marketing package for their operation!
