Another National Pasta Month is in the books, and judging by the results we’ve seen from our partners in restaurants and across the foodservice spectrum, it delivered! This year we teamed up with the outstanding folks at Nordstrom Restaurants. Not only did they celebrate our favorite month with several LTOs, but they also helped us launch a new retail product while they were at it!
To help us launch a new, premium bronze-die pasta line called Al Bronzo, Nordstrom hosted a special media launch event at their NYC flagship store. All month long, store locations across the country featured a trio of LTO pasta dishes using Al Bronzo. QR code-based menus took guests to details about these fabulous dishes, and more information about Al Bronzo, which they could buy exclusively at Nordstrom, right there!
We love how the breadth of the Nordstrom offering hit on all the keys to a successful pasta LTO:
- a classic, easy-order mainstay like the spaghetti and meatballs
- leaning into the fall season with a produce-forward approach, with the Butternut Squash and Pancetta Penne
- going outside Italian with the craveable Asian flavors of the Sweet and Spicy Steak Noodles
While you have to wait until next October for another National Pasta Month to come around, there is a reason to celebrate with pasta any time of year.
